STORM DOORS:

The currently pre-approved storm door style is an all metal frame with full view without any crossbars in the glass or screen inserts.

The approved color is white.

There is no current preference related to the style or color of door handles.

All installed doors must be maintained in good appearance and operating order.

Any variance to the described standard must be submitted to and approved in writing from the Board of Directors prior to being installed.
