PLANTS and PLANTING:

The Association encourages the usage of pots for plants. However, pots in the front of the units are limited to flowers and herbs - no vegetable plants of any kind.

Vegetable plants in pots are ok on the back patios.

Note: no vines or plant material may be encouraged or allowed to climb or attach to the building and/or spread into the grass or common area.

No plants of any kind may be planted in the ground without prior review and approval of your planting plan by the Board of Directors.

Additionally, the Association will not approve any plantings including pots on the sides of the buildings.

No plantings may be placed or allowed to interfere with the landscapers work area.

Failure to follow these directives may result in removal of planted material without prior notice and expenses if any will be assessed back to you.

If there are plants directly in front of your unit that needs to be removed please notify the Board of Directors.
