BUILDINGS EXTERIOR PAINT COLORS:

In 2010 the buildings exteriors will be painted with new colors. This change introduces additional colors to the overall color scheme based on the color of the attached shutters. All buildings have a common trim color.

The color choices were selected from Lowe’s Valspar color charts to make it easier for the homeowners to match their unit’s color for touch up painting at a later time (like with the replacement of exterior doors). The paint chip cards are readily available at any Lowe’s Center.

However, the buildings are being painted by the contractor with Sherwood William’s brand Weather Shield Exterior paint – a paint choice that has serve us well in the past.
